1. Regarding the Use of Guest Rooms

• No Smoking Policy: All guest rooms and public areas at Tokyo Holiday are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas, and violations may result in charges for cleaning and damages.

• Prohibition of Commercial Activities and Events: Guest rooms are strictly for residential use. Commercial activities, parties, or exhibitions are prohibited. Violations may lead to immediate termination of the usage agreement.

• No Alterations to Interiors or Equipment: Moving or modifying room furnishings and equipment is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized changes will result in charges for restoration costs.

2. Regarding Room Keys

​

• Key Management: Guests must properly manage their keys and ensure doors are locked when leaving. Charges may apply for lost or stolen keys.

• Enhanced Security: To enhance security, all guests will be briefed on security protocols at check-in. Please report any suspicious activities or unauthorized access to the staff immediately.

3. Regarding Valuables and Deposited Items

​

• Emphasis on Self-Management: Guests are responsible for managing their valuables, and Japan Nowa Co., Ltd. is not liable for any loss or theft. It is recommended to not bring valuable items or keep them securely with you.

4. Prohibitions

​

• Pet Restrictions: Pets are not allowed unless specific permission has been granted. Exceptions, such as service animals, may apply, and violations could result in additional cleaning charges or damages.

• Prohibition of Hazardous Materials: Bringing explosives, flammable items, or other dangerous goods is strictly forbidden and may lead to severe legal actions if discovered.

• Ban on Filming and Broadcasting: Filming or broadcasting for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited. This is to protect privacy and maintain security; unauthorized activities must cease immediately.

5. Our Rights

• Measures in Case of Violation: Japan Nowa Co., Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the usage agreement and claim damages if a guest violates these terms or engages in problematic behavior. Legal actions may be taken if necessary.
